How is my purchase delivered?

All our prices include standard delivery for destinations within the UK, which should reach you within 3 - 5 working days for most places. Packages are sent by Royal Mail and someone will need to sign for receipt of the parcel or package on acceptance of the delivery. If there is no one to sign for your package, a card should be left, and you may need to take this to a local depot or post office to collect your stuff, or arrange for re delivery.

We offer next day delivery at an additional premium, which you can choose when ordering your items. This option means that your goods will be despatched by next day postal service after they have been created in our studio.

*Next day delivery is not always available for certain areas, including: Isle of Man,Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Also, post-codes: IV, HS, BT, IM, TR21-25, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50.

Destinations outside the UK are not currently supported by our webshop, but you can order by calling our Inkdogz overseas orderline on 079460773771.

When Can I expect my stuff?

All our products are made to order, and we aim to despatch yours within 3 working days of receipt of payment for your items. Once the order is despatched we expect it to arrive within 1 - 5 working days depending on postal service used. (Please refer to the above note).

Can I get ‘express’ service?

Yes! You can upgrade your delivery at the checkout.  There is a small additional charge (dependent on your shopping basket) which you will clearly see.

I don't live in the UK! Can I still purchase from InkDogZ.Com?

Yes you can. Unfortunately our website can only take orders online at the moment, but we are working towards getting our global online sales up and running. Meanwhile if you live outside the UK you will need to place your order by telephone or email so we can give you a cost (Including overseas postage) to your delivery destination and take payment by telephone. Is your checkout secure? I can't see the "padlock".

Once you get to the checkout you will see the notification “Note: All payments are handled by secure third party payment providers.” After you have entered your billing and delivery information and clicked to continue, you can select your preferred payment option which will then take you to the secure third party payment processors, you will then see the secure “padlock” symbol.

How will my stuff be packaged?

All our garments are carefully folded, packed in cellophane bags, then in tough plastic postal bags or boxes. We use purpose made boxes (and padding where necessary) for all other items, to ensure that they arrive safely.

Multiple T Shirt orders are packaged in a suitable box or larger postal bag.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes - this option is available when you purchase each item. If you are ordering several tee Shirts, for example, you can choose to have one or all of your items gift wrapped. We will carefully enclose your gift in brightly coloured acid free tissue paper, place it inside a smart tin box which is then hand tied with bright ribbon. The whole thing will be sent in a transit box to ensure it arrives intact.

Can I get a refund?

Stock design items: Refunds will only be given on faulty items, or if we mistakenly sent you the wrong order. Refunds or exchanges on faulty items will only be accepted if they are returned to us within 7 days of delivery, unused / unworn and in the original packaging. Exchanges are available on faulty goods returned within 21 days of receipt of the order.

We do not offer refunds on goods which match your specifications. Furthermore, we do not accept responsibility if you ordered a particular size or colour or design by mistake. Please carefully check your items carefully as it is the responsibility of the customer to check their order before payment is processed.

Unique garments and goods: Personalised or unique items are made to your exact specification, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds once production begins. Production begins once you have paid for your order. No changes can be made on your design after this point. Refunds will only be given on faulty items, or those which do not match the details specified in your order. Refunds or exchanges on faulty items will only be accepted if they are returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are available on faulty goods returned within 21 days of receipt of the order.

Can I return an T Shirt or garment if I ordered the wrong size/colour?

There is a garment size guide provided on the website, to help you make your decision about your required size, and we request that all our customers view this and select the size carefully.

We can not offer a refund or exchange if you have not ordered the correct size or colour. Please be aware that the colour may differ slightly to that displayed on your computer screen, due to variances in monitors and display settings.

If we printed your design on a garment other than the one you requested, we will be happy to exchange the item if it is returned to us within 21 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused and on the original packaging.

How do I return an Item?

For faulty items, please return to the Inkdogz.com address included on your invoice. For a refund, you must return the item within 7 days of delivery and include a note explaining the fault and specify that you require a refund.

Exchanges are available up to 21 days after receipt of the goods, only on faulty items. For exchanges, please return the items/s to the Inkdogz.com address on your invoice, and include a note explaining the reason for the exchange, and tell us the replacement you would like. We will happily refund second class postage charges you may have incurred to return your item, should we agree the refund or exchange. We do not accept responsibility for the return postage costs of items not returned within our agreed terms and conditions.

I have received my order, but it has not been printed according to my instructions. What can I do?

We pride ourselves on attention to detail, and so of course, we want to put this right. If we have made an error in your unique design as ordered, and it differs from your specifications, please request a refund or exchange on incorrectly printed items. Please see the details above for ‘How to return an item’.

The design I have chosen does not look the way I expected, can I change it?

We print your order according to your instructions. If we have failed to meet these instructions we will be happy to correct this as per our policy above. However, we can not accept responsibility if you decide you simply don’t like your design.

My delivery has not arrived on time, can I return it?

If we have failed to despatch your goods within the specified time, we will refund your delivery charge. However, we do not accept returns if the delivery method you specified was not adequate for your needs, or if you were unavailable to take delivery of the item.

Can I get a discount for a large order?

Nominal discounts on standard postage are applied at the checkout for multiple purchases, watch the postage calculator as you add items to your order.

We are happy to discuss price adjustments on multiple orders of the same design. We provide garments, hats and loads of amazing branded stuff for sports teams, schools, bands and people who are organising events such as stag or hen weekends. Can I get discount codes?

Sure you can. We regularly send out discount codes to all our valued registered customers. Just follow this link, register an account and we'll include you in our next circular of discounts. Don't forget you can pass these discount codes onto your family and friends as well, so they can enjoy the same discounts as you.

I've forgot my password. What can I do?

Don't worry, we all forget passwords from time to time. Just follow this link , and click "Forgotten Password" on the page that appears type in your registered email address / username and click "send Password". An email will be sent with your password to the email address we have stored in our database.

I’m not sure what to do! My question is not answered here...

Contact one of our (human) Inkdogz team, we are happy to receive calls or e mails from customers. We know this is unusual and you could spend days trying to find a telephone number, but we believe in great customer service, so please do give us a call or drop us an e mail. If we are all on the phone you might need to leave a message, but we will call you back - as long as you leave us your name and return telephone number!
